VISA
Designed to help participants to meet administrative requirements in certain countries, official letters of invitation for entry visa or other purposes may be supplied upon request. Please allow sufficient time for this procedure. Note that such letters do not commit the Organizing Committee to any kind of financial support, hosting arrangement, nor does it guarantee an entry visa issue. Please, be advised that the invitation letters just will be issued by the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute after the participant registration. Therefore, you should fill out the registration form as early as possible in order to get your visa in time for the Event. Participants are strongly advised to make sure they fulfill all legal requirements to enter Brazil. Besides a valid passport, an entry visa may also be required. Visas are required only for visitors coming from countries that require visas for Brazilian citizens.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, citizens of the following countries do not need visas:

VACCINATION
International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is demanded by Brazilian Government for travelers who have been on last three months or come from these countries:

So, you should get your certificate at an official yellow fever vaccination center as designed by respective state health departments in your city and/or your country that administers yellow fever vaccines manufactured under approval by World Health Organization.
Furthermore, we recommend this vaccination for all Brazilians, foreigners or tourists who intend to visit these Brazilian states:
